Who is responsible
Raghvendra Singh, the solo founder operating the unregistered venture Verdantia, is responsible for the website and the personal data handling described here. Contact him at raghvendra@verdantia.si .
The operator's postal address is not published. The legal notice is unfinished; this policy does not certify legal compliance. Provider-specific retention and transfer details still need to be confirmed, as explained below.
Visiting the website
Cloudflare Pages hosts and delivers this static website. Connecting to it involves processing your IP address and technical request information, such as the requested page, request time and browser information. Cloudflare describes its end-user data as including IP addresses, traffic routing data and system configuration information.[2]
This processing is needed to deliver pages and protect the service against misuse. For processing carried out on Verdantia's behalf, the intended GDPR basis is Article 6(1)(f): the legitimate interests in providing a functioning, secure website, subject to the required balancing of visitors' rights.[4] It is separate from optional analytics and still occurs if you decline analytics.
The research explorer uses public data. Some selections appear in the page URL so a view can be shared. URLs may be visible in browser history and hosting requests. Do not put confidential information in a URL or a shared research view.
Contacting the founder
The contact page prepares a message in your own email application. It does not submit the form to a Verdantia server. The composer handles the name, email address and message you enter in your browser and passes them to your email application when you choose to prepare an email. You decide whether to send it; preparing it is not confirmation of delivery.
If you send an email, the founder and the email services involved process your sender address, any name or organisation you provide, the subject, message, attachments and email headers or delivery metadata. Verdantia's mailbox is hosted by Hostinger; your own email provider also handles your message. Do not send passwords, identity documents, private datasets or confidential commercial records.
The purpose is to read and answer your enquiry and keep relevant correspondence. Ordinary enquiries are handled on the basis of the legitimate interest in responding, under Article 6(1)(f). Article 6(1)(b) may apply where processing is necessary to take steps towards a contract at your request, and Article 6(1)(c) applies where a specific legal obligation requires retention. These grounds depend on the message and circumstances, not merely on your use of the contact page.[4]
Contacting the founder is voluntary and is not a condition of browsing. A reply requires a usable return address and enough information to understand your enquiry.
Optional Cloudflare Web Analytics
Optional Web Analytics is not installed in this release. Saving an analytics preference does not load an analytics script or send measurements. Any future integration will require a separate verified setup and your affirmative choice; the planned scope is company pages, not the research explorer.
The integration is designed for manual script installation behind the consent control, not automatic snippet injection by Cloudflare. Cloudflare's setup documentation describes both methods, including the automatic injection available for Pages projects.[1]
If configured and allowed, Cloudflare, Inc. receives measurements to help the founder understand use and performance of the company pages. These can include page addresses and referrers, visits and page views, country-level location, browser, operating system and device type, together with page-loading and Core Web Vitals measurements.[11][12] The browser loads Cloudflare's analytics script and sends measurement requests to Cloudflare.[13]
Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage to collect usage metrics and does not fingerprint individuals using their IP address, user agent or other data for displaying analytics.[7] That description is not a claim that your network connection or the hosting service processes no personal data.
Where optional analytics involves personal data, the intended basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a). You can withdraw it through Cookie preferences as described above. Withdrawal stops future optional collection through this integration; it does not undo requests already sent or affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.[4]
Providers and international processing
Cloudflare provides hosting and, if enabled with consent, Web Analytics. Hostinger provides the founder's email service. Cloudflare's policy distinguishes processing on customers' behalf from processing for which Cloudflare is itself responsible, so its role depends on the data and service.[2]
Provider processing can take place outside the European Economic Area. Cloudflare describes international transfers and safeguards in its privacy policy and data processing addendum. Hostinger also describes transfers outside the EEA and safeguards in its privacy policy.[2][8][9] The exact contracting entities, mailbox location and applicable transfer arrangements for this setup remain to be confirmed. This site does not promise EU-only processing.
Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy notices. The provider documents below explain those providers' practices; they do not replace Verdantia's responsibility to explain this website.
How long information is kept
For correspondence, the retention criteria are whether the enquiry remains open, whether the message is needed for relevant follow-up, and whether an applicable legal duty or a legal claim requires it to be kept. A fixed mailbox deletion schedule has not yet been established; this notice does not promise automatic deletion after a set number of days.
Hosting records, provider backups and any optional analytics records have service-specific retention rules. Cloudflare and Hostinger describe general retention criteria, but the exact periods for this configuration have not been verified.[2][9] Contact the founder for a retention or deletion request. Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, and subject to its conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation, and withdraw consent at any time.[4]
Send requests to raghvendra@verdantia.si . Describe the relevant message or interaction; do not send an identity document in your first email. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state where you habitually live, work, or believe an infringement occurred.[4]
The informational site does not make decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects. Its research scores concern public country-level data, not assessments of individual visitors.
